What do I get out of it?
At course completion you will be able to write secure queries for the purpose of handling batch updates and deletions for your database, and have had the opportunity to write macros that run queries, make decisions at run time, are invoked by activating windows, from another macro and a menu etc. Macros will also be used to control forms e.g. selecting and sizing, adding a record etc. Further time will be spent reviewing and discussing integration with applications such as Excel and Word. Finally, you will be made aware of areas of any database application that may impact performance and advice will be given on how you may improve performance.
