This course offers you the human and business skills needed to handle the complex changes of this decade. Continuous success in a climate of change requires a high level of interpersonal and technical skills. We need to be ‘whole’ in these skills in order to build inner and outer security for ourselves and our people. We need to be individual entrepreneurs within our organisations. It’s really about corporate revolution rather than organisational change. The power of the corporate revolution is in the sum total of individual, personal revolutions. How do we achieve this? We believe it starts with developing our interpersonal communication skills; in particular our awareness, clarity, focus and attention. The ability to use these skills enables us to increase Power, Leadership and Creation – the keystone qualities of the enlightened business man or woman.

Further Details

Power is the corporate force. It is the sum total of our individual – and perhaps untapped – potential, harnessed to become a major force. Developed positively, no energy need be wasted in destructive games.

Leadership is the way a company’s potential is made manifest. It starts with the recognition by every manager that we each have a continual and direct responsibility for our company’s success.

Creation is the power to deliberately transform thoughts, concepts and ideas into material reality – successfully. It’s rules and principles are sometimes discovered but almost never taught.

We also believe that it’s about expanding the concept we have of ourselves. To expand, we need to deal with the limitations held in our belief system. The Seton Graham Consultancy was founded in 1985 by Wendy Graham. In line with the Consultancy’s ethos Wendy and her team have fostered long term working relationships with their National and International clients in the Public and Private sectors. Seton Graham’s success directly relates to it’s philosophy that the most effective way to develop an organisation is to develop it’s people. They work with directors and senior management to create a realistic vision for their clients’ organisations. They then design a training and development strategy focusing on the key skills people need to deliver the vision. For organisations that already have a vision we can advise on, and deliver, training and development strategies to ensure success.
