This half day course is designed for employees and mangers that have responsibility for health and safety within a call centre.

Carried out in house by highly competent Chartered IOSH professionals with experience in different industries. Off site training can be provided - please ring with requirements.

A certificate of attendance will be issued which is valid for one year.

All candidates will be provided with a free call centre audit template package. Handouts on the training session will be provided.
