Training in basic food hygiene must now be given to all food handlers in care homes. This includes all kitchen staff, care assistants who help to serve food at meal times and any other member of staff likely to come into contact with food in the home. Being care specific, our food hygiene training enables candidates to identify with key issues and apply them in care settings.
