This 5 day course is designed to give you training in all the basic skills required to initiate an inquiry, gather the facts and present them in an unbiased and professional manner.
The emphasis is on real life skills, we will tell you the theory, the rules and best practice but concentrate on giving you the confidence to put all these things into practise
Who will the Course benefit?
Anyone involved in investigations in the workplace place or who has regulatory responsibilities in the public sector. Our students have included managers who investigate disciplinary matters, Human Resource and Health and Safety professionals, members of local authorities and those who are new to the security sector and are seeking to enhance their career or earning opportunities.
