Competency Based Moving and Handling Training
There is an increasing need to provide evidence of workforce competence in moving and handling, in order to comply with the standards laid down by the Clinical Negligence Scheme for Trusts (CNST), as well as legal and professional regulatory bodies.
This study day will enable participants to explore the practical steps needed to integrate competency assessments into their existing training programmes.
