The Level 2 National Certificate for Door Supervisors is designed for door supervisors already working in licensed retail or wishing to start work in the industry and is awarded to those who pass the examinations covering the basic knowledge and responsibilities of the occupation. The course covers two main topics, Roles and Responsibilities and Conflict Management. There are two examinations, one for each unit. Each examination will have forty multiple-choice questions and will take 1 hour. While Unit 1 is a conventional multiple-choice paper, Unit 2 requires you to watch video clips before answering the questions.
