This 4-day course leads to the Royal Society for Public Health Level 4 Award in HACCP Management for manufacturing and is constructed around the Advanced Level HACCP Training Standard

It is ideal for HACCP Team Leaders, Technical Managers, Consultants and Enforcers.

Entry Requirements:
Participants should ideally hold a Level3 Award in HACCP, or an equivalent qualification, and possess a good working knowledge of their industry sector.

Pre Course Assignment:
Prior to the course we will set a short pre-course assignment to help candidates achieve the standard required for this advanced level course.

•Exam - RSPH Level 4 Award in HACCP Management for Food Manufacturing. The exam is usually taken approx. 4 weeks after the end of the course at VWA training centre.

Assessment
The examination consists of two papers:
•Paper one will consist of six questions from a choice of eight, to be answered in two hours.
•Paper two will consist of a case study to be completed in 90 minutes
