Examination details:
Two hour written examination:
Part 1 consists of 20 multi-choice questions.
Part 2 is based on a given case study.
The Royal Institute of Public Health's Intermediate Certificate in Applied HACCP Principles is awarded to candidates successfully passing the examination.
