The Relaxation for Living Institute's stress management programme consists of 4 sessions, usually held weekly.
The sessions, presented to groups of no more than 8, explore the physiology of stress, how this can work against us and how we can use simple techniques to stop the damage done by stress.
In addition, the programme deals with the cognitive aspect of stress control and how to quite literally think your way out of stress.
RFLI classes are very practical and involve the whole group.
Extensively recommended by GP's and health professionals.
