We offer level 1, 2 and 3 (CIEH). The Food Hygiene course is designed to equip those attending with the skills and knowledge to prepare and handle food hygienically.
It is approved by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health and meets the requirements of the Food Safety Act 1990 and the Food Safety Regulations 1995.
These courses run though out the South East once a month and cost £65.00 per person (plus vat). Where also run this course in house at your venue, cost start at £500.00 (plus vat).

All our courses are Health and Safety Excutive Approved (77-00) and can be arranged at a time or date to suit you, including weekends and evening courses.
