Indian Head-Massage has been practised for centuries in market squares in India. Ayurveda is the traditional, medical science of India and Nepal. You will be taught a gentle, firm and rhythmical massage. Stimulating the blood-circulation of the scalp helps to tone muscles, relieve eyestrain and headaches, improve concentration and boost the immune system. It eliminates muscle-tension and restores joint-movement by mobilising the tissues of the neck and shoulder. Please note that if this course is attended by the lay-person, for their own use, a Certificate of Attendance only will be awarded to such attendees.
