This course is intended for Salespeople or people who are required to sell as part of their role. This course is best suited to those with little or no experience. The core aim of this session is to provide participants with a set of tools that can be practicably used in their role as salespeople. Firstly delegates will understand what makes a perfect sales person and how do delegates individually compare? They will look at the importance of goal setting, developing trust and a rapport with their prospect. As salespeople it is important to understand the power of questioning and how questions lead to sales. The course also covers the life time value of a client and how as a sales person should be specific to each individuals needs. Delegates will understand why missed sales happened and how to improve their skills to overcome this by realising which objections may be raised and how to overcome them. Most importantly we look at how to understand when it is time to close a sale and how it should be approached.
