This two-day Leadership Course is suitable for anyone taking on a leadership role.
The two days are set a week apart, with reading and set tasks in between. This enables delegates to practise tools and techniques and then feedback on what worked for them.
The work is experiential and participants will find themselves involved in recreating and re-running real interpersonal situations using the learning of each day to create more positive outcomes.
