Providing your employees with information and hands on experience, this one-day course explores the complex world of negotiations. Various aspects of the negotiation process will be reviewed and various negotiating styles will be examined. Participants will be given four opportunities to use the skills presented in the class in negotiating exercises. Each exercise explores a different aspect of the negotiation process. The exercises are prepared to relate closely to the facets of the industry in which the participants are involved.
