This qualification is aimed at people working within the care sector, in support roles including porters, security personnel, laundry assistants, kitchen assistants, health records administrators and general assistants / support staff. This qualification is wide ranging and can be tailored to meet the diverse needs of employers and learners. The optional units are chosen by the learner based on their work duties. Some examples include administer patient appointments, prepare food and drink for clients, control and monitor access to the premesis and property and monitor and maintain the cleanliness of environments. With over thirty optional units to choose from, there will be something for everyone.
