This qualification is designed for those working within a hotel/residential environment where duties are diverse. Depending on the individual, the course can cover elements of front office, housekeeping, food and drink service and food preparation and cooking. The optional units are chosen by the learner based on their work duties. Some examples include deal with bookings, provide a linen service, prepare cellars and kegs and set up and close a kitchen. With forty optional units to choose from, there will be something for everyone.
