This qualification is designed for those working within a front office environment, providing customer service and administrative functions, such as a hotel reception or travel agent. The course aims to develop customer service skills relevant to the working environment of the learner. The optional units are chosen by the learner based on their work duties. Some examples include maintain and deal with payments, exchange foreign cash and traveller’s cheques, identify and provide tourism related information and advice and resolve customer service problems. With over ten optional units to choose from, there will be something for everyone.
