This qualification is aimed at first line managers who are primarily concerned with providing responsible leadership and developing working relationships within a team. The course aims to improve people and resource management skills in any sector. The optional units are chosen by the learner based on their work duties. Some examples include plan and implement change, recruit, select and keep colleagues and manage a budget. With over ten optional units to choose from, there will be something for everyone.
