Apprenticeship (NVQ Level 3) Customer Service

This qualification is directed at senior and experienced individuals working in a customer service environment within any sector. The course will cover the practical skills for dealing with people both internally and externally and learning to develop customer service processes within a company. The optional units are chosen by the learner based on their work duties. Some examples include dealing with customers in writing, improving the customer relationship, processing customer complaints and leading a team to improve customer service. With over fifteen optional units to choose from, there will be something for everyone.
