This workshop is suitable for small groups or can be run in-house. The focus is on using learning and development opportunities to enhance performance and how to identify and quantify good and poor performance. Practical sessions look at preparing and conducting performance reviews/appraisals and agreeing ways of closing performance gaps. Guidance is also given on how to manage disciplinary meetings effectively.
