Established for over 30 years, North Cheshire Training/Manchester Training is the only specialist logistics training provider with Beacon Status for Educational Excellence. Rated Grade 1 - ‘outstanding’ - by the Adult Learning Inspectorate/OFSTED, Manchester Training has excellent achievement rates which are consistently well above National Averages. All this ensures the Company is well on its way to achieving its mission - ‘to be the leading training and development supplier to the transport, logistics & automotive sectors in the North West’. From sites in Middleton (Manchester Training) & Warrington (North Cheshire Training) we deliver a range of work-based learning & commercial training courses, achieving over 400 NVQs & Apprenticeships, over 200 Large Goods Vehicle and 1100 Fork Lift Truck licences each year. The Company is committed to promoting career development within the Industry, giving all learners the opportunity to progress onto further qualifications and encouraging progress to Higher Education and job promotion. The Company also runs 3 learndirect centres (Middleton, Warrington & Rochdale) offering a range of literacy, numeracy, IT & business courses both in-centre and via the internet.
