From 1st January 2007, any person transporting dangerous goods for work in ANY VEHICLE must undergo formal ADR training. Previously the law referred only to vehicles over 3.5 tonnes. Authorities will prosecute any Company found to be operating vehicles whose drivers do not have ADR certification. Existing ADR holders must re-register every 5 years. ADR courses are held monthly at Manchester Training and our sister company North Cheshire Training in Warrington, who also offer weekend courses. The standard 3.5 day course covers Core & Packaged Goods Classes. For drivers of Tankers, the additional module is covered in 1.5 days. Ensure your business is operating legally, contact us today.
