Life coaches provide support, structure and encouragement to help clients fulfill their potential, make the most of their lives and move forward in the areas which they want to change – for example in their relationships, careers, fitness, work-life balance or self-confidence.
The Certificate in Life Coaching Skills is a stand-alone qualification or can be used as the foundation to the Diploma in Wellness Coaching with Wellness for Life.

The Certificate in Life Coaching Skills is independently accredited by The National Council of Psychotherapists at qualification level.
Wellness for Life is registered with the Association for Coaching as a training provider.
Wellness for Life is a recognized and authorized course provider of the Complementary Medical Association (CMA). As a Wellness for Life student, enrolment on the Certificate in Life Coaching Skills will enable you to directly join the CMA as a student member. Upon successful completion of the Certificate in Life Coaching Skills, you can upgrade your membership and obtain insurance with the CMA to practice.
The Certificate in Life Coaching Skills runs in Brighton, Sussex for six months, beginning 16 October 2010 until 12 March 2011, one Saturday a month. Dates are:

The group is kept to a maximum of 6 students to facilitate individual learning.
Assessment for the Certificate in Life Coaching Skills occurs through supervised skills development, 2 case studies and a reflective learning journal with occasional additional tasks (which you include in your learning journal).
