This two day highly practical residential course will help you gain the skills and techniques needed to excel as a global leader and provide you with networking opportunities with other global managers and leaders.

The course employs a recognised and credible 360-degree feedback tool, which measures global leadership competence. A skilled facilitator provides an individually tailored one-to-one coaching session. This session helps examine and help better understand each delegate’s leadership behaviours when managing globally.

In order to focus on individual development needs, you will be asked to complete a 360-degree feedback exercise before attending the course. The tool helps the global leader self asses their own competence and behaviours as well as providing an opportunity to receive feedback from other colleagues and members of their teams.
