What topics are covered by the course?
The course in delivered through distance learning using specially prepared learning materials. About 45 hours of study are required to complete three learning modules designed to cover the full syllabus (see overleaf). The three learning modules are: • The theory and practice of consultancy • Building relationships and effective communication • Problems solving, analysis and project management In order to achieve the qualification, participants must successfully complete a written assignment of around 3000 words. The assessment is set and marked by the Institute. Unlimited tutor support and mentoring is provided, and tutors provide full feedback on practise revision activities designed to support success.
