Business Rates Administration
Vaulation Theory and Practice
Rating Valuation
Non-Domestic Rating Law

Valuation Tribunal Administration may be studied as an alternative to Business Rates Administration. VT Adminstration is only available by Distance Learning.

Who should attend?

Students will have ideally gained work experience within Revenues and/or Benefits administration and have achieved a level of education sufficient to enable them to deal with the requirements of the course.

What will I be able to do on completion?

Leads to IRRV Certificate Qualification & Technician Membership of the Institute

How will I be assessed?

Study is by weekly day release classes 10am - 4pm, starting in October 2014 and finishing in May 2015 (day to be announced). The examinations will be in early June 2015.
In addition to face-to-face tuition, students are expected to complete research and assignments at other times. Students are required to study four subjects. Each subject entails six days of tuition throughout the academic year
