This is a 1:1 course, which works solely with the individual. We work through the requirements and develop a clear action plan to ensure growth and improvement.
Using integrative tools and techniques we start with a minimum of 6 sessions (possible need for increase depending on individuals needs).
This work looks at the individuals current situation and makes specific move to analyse, develop and make real improvements.
Once the initial work has been done, we can continue contact to ensure a constant is maintained for the individual.

This work can be carried out face to face or over the phone. (Face to face work will be carried out in South West only).
