I had been wanting a Mongolian‚ ever since Karen had returned from her travels at the beginning of January - I didn't know anything about it or what to expect but I just knew it was something I needed to experience.
I am used to both giving and receiving various types of massage but a
Mongolian Hot Oil massage really is something else! It is a slow stroking
massage that works down the body on the energy lines known as meridians - I really felt the tension melting out of my body!
This would be an ideal massage for anyone suffering from tension as it is very soothing.
Apparently it is a massage that has been used in Mongolia for many years as their extreme weather conditions can make them prone to depression!
Not only do I look forward to repeating my experience, I also look forward to adding Mongolian Massage to my list of therapies by signing up for Karen's course later in the year.
