Further Details

As you may know lean Six Sigma is the most robust methodology used today for solving problems in an organisation. It ensures that a structured approach based on data is used so that the best solutions are generated and that they are then embedded in an organisation. This course provide an understanding to Black Belt level of the tools and techniques used in both Six Sigma and Lean Sigma and they provide an opportunity for the delegates to practise on real problems. They also cover the key elements of change management and softer people skills which are essential to make any Lean Six Sigma programme a success.

Six Sigma, Lean and Lean Sigma are areas where, over the years we have trained hundreds of people to become Green, Black and Master Black Belts. Our Green / Black Belt course is designed to provide delegates with all the key skills to solve business problems.

Our training covers Lean, Six Sigma and the softer skills needed to make change stick in an organisation. Over the course you will learn through a series of different learning methods including games, simulations and teach backs. Not only that, you will be provided with one to one coaching, before, during and after the training. This has proven to be a successful route to delegates solving and implementing lasting solutions in their businesses.

We can of course, also run the course as an in- house training event if required.
