The terms Lean Six Sigma, Lean Sigma, Black Belt, Green Belt, Master Black Belt and Yellow Belt are being used more and more in business, not just by multi nationals but by SME’s as well.
This one-day Yellow Belt certification course aims to explain what these terms mean, the basic principles of Six Sigma and Lean and how to use Lean Six Sigma on your own projects. This course will also give you a basic awareness of the tools and techniques needed to run successful Lean Six Sigma projects. It is not meant as a course to train in all the tools, only to give a high level of awareness.
Lean Six Sigma is the most robust methodology used today for solving problems in an organisation. It ensures that a structured approach based on data is used, so that the best solutions are generated and that they are then embedded in an organisation. This course explains the concepts, as well as the key tools and techniques used in both Six Sigma and Lean Sigma and provide a path for the delegates to learn more about this subject.
The course is designed for anybody who needs a basic understanding of the problem solving methodologies of Lean Six Sigma.
