The wardrobe, laundry, care of clothes including fine garments plus packing ;
The Dining room and the laying of table, serving of food and wines ;
The kitchen, shopping, the pantry, inventories and storage ;
Preparation of food and canapés ;
Flowers and table arrangements ;
Cleaning including silver and fine artefacts ;
Use of Eco-friendly products in the households ;
Protocol and dealing with family and guests ;
Liaison with other household and Estate Staff ;

Fire and safety guidelines ;

Basic employment law ;
