Russian Post Beginners Spoken Summer Course

What topics are covered by the course?

Topics include how to get around an airport and the streets, vocabulary of house and theatre, social introductions, personal details, family, hotel, in the restaurant, expressing likes and dislikes, hobbies, daily routine time/days/months.

Who should attend?

For people who have completed Russian Beginners or equivalent and who wish to practise their conversational skills.

What will I be able to do on completion?

The aim of this course is to improve your spoken Russian skills and give confidence in speaking the language

How will I be assessed?

There is no formal assessment

Russian Post Beginners Spoken classes run on Wednesday evenings from 7pm - 8.30 pm between 28th April and 19th June 2014. Please note that there is no half term break.

You may also be interested in attedning on of our Open Evenings - These are opportunities for you to visit the School, share a glass of wine with the tutors and ask any questions you may have about the courses. The evenings are free of charge, but you do need to register with the School of English and Languages beforehand (T: 01483 682857).

Open Evenings for 2013-2014 are at 7pm to 8.30pm on the following dates:
•Autumn term: Monday 23 September 2013
•Spring term: Monday 13 January 2014
•Summer term: Monday 7 April 2014

Payment should be made on enrolment before the start of courses. We regret that refunds cannot normally be given if you withdraw from a course. Classes will run subject to their viability.

Please note - We advise early enrolment, as some courses do fill up before the start date.
