Starting February 28th 2008, running over 3 consecutive weeks, exam on the final day (13th March). Ideally located just off Junction 8, M61 in the excellent Next Generation Leisure and Conference facility. By the end of the course and assessment, successful candidates wil be able to effectively supevise food safety in their business, assist in implementing their own food safety management system and design their own in-house training programmes for staff (with suitable training skills). Course materials, exam fees, course reference text and refreshments included.
