Business Administration:-
This City & Guilds qualification will provide you with the core skills to enter any industry in a business support role. Areas covered include administration, communication, providing reception services and IT skills.

Children & Young Peopleís Workforce:-
You will develop the foundation and professional skills to work with Children & Young People in a variety of different settings. Areas covered include keeping children safe and preparing and maintaining environments to support childrenís varying needs.

Customer Service:-
The life blood of any successful business is good Customer Services. You will gain important relationship building and customer care skills to undertake your role effectively and improve your organisationís performance.

Health and Social Care:-
You will be working in a vital and pivotal role in the community supporting people with particular needs. Working with other healthcare professionals in the care of individuals, a Health and Social Care Apprentice will gain the knowledge and skills needed to work in a variety of settings.
