The success of any project depends on the careful definition of what it is that you hope to achieve and working out the steps required to accomplish this endeavour. The logical and organised development of these carefully defined steps is the fundamental basis on which a structured and successful project management method is built on and is vital to the success of any project. PRINCE2 is widely recognised as the de-facto standard in structured project management methodology. The PRINCE2 method exemplifies the requirement to maintain an organised and controlled project from start to finish. This approach to project management is proven to increase both project stability and success rate, whilst removing the high risk of failure involved when using alternative methods. Using a series of essential key processes, covering all activities from initial roll out to project conclusion, PRINCE2 assists in defining what steps should be taken and when to ensure a successful project. By providing accredited PRINCE2 project management training, Premier assists organisations in improving their processes through the adoption of best practice and helps staff develop their professional skills and improve performance.
