EWPAR means "experienced worker practical assessment route" and is best described as a "driving test" for plasterers. You come to our centre and carry out a day's work on a specific set of tasks. At the same time, the assessor will discuss your skills and experience with you. When the programme has been successfully completed, you will be awarded your NVQ. PLEASE NOTE - YOU ARE UNLIKELY TO BE SUITABLE FOR THIS ROUTE IF YOU HAVE LESS THAN FIVE YEARS EXPERIENCE - PLEASE SEE OUR "OSAT" PROGRAMME
