Attending this course will take you from being an absolute beginner to a competent plasterer; with the ability to board and skim walls and ceilings and undertake patching and repairing. You will also learn the basics of rendering as well as gaining an understanding of all the tools and materials involved in doing plastering work.

Objectives:
· Preparation, cutting and fixing plasterboard to walls and ceilings.
· Use of angle beads, joint taping, dot and dab, mixing plaster.
· Use of tools, skimming, repair work, feathering.
· Basic rendering techniques.
By the end of this four day course you will have plaster boarded and skimmed the equivalent area of a small bedroom and over skimmed the same area. You will also have repaired holes and cement rendered a wall
