The Course is very interactive and you will be supplied with all materials. You will learn about food poisoning, personal hygiene and how to keep food safe from delivery to service.

This is an essential course for anyone Supervising those working with food including cooking, preparing and serving. It previously was called “Intermediate Food Hygiene”.

This Course will allow you to apply for many positions in the food, hospitality and care sectors as well as being an important requirement for those already working.

How will I be assessed?

Yes there are 60 multiple choice questions. Currently the pass rate is 96% with 66% gaining Merit
