This Business-Improvement Techniques course is designed to help you to maximise company profits and revenues, boost employee morale and motivation, improve overall business performance, help reduce workplace accidents and reduce costs variation and waste. In this course, you will study four mandatory Pathways, and then choose to study two from three optional Pathways. Here’s a taste of what you will find out. Pathway five (optional): Visual management systems In this pathway, you will discover the benefits of applying visual management systems in the workplace. You will learn the principles of visual management, as well as how to deploy, apply and continue the use of visual management systems in the workplace. Pathway six (optional): Standard operating procedures This pathway covers the use of standard operating procedures in the workplace. You will learn about the importance of standardisation in the workplace, as well as how to produce and improve standard operating procedures. Pathway seven (optional): Problem solving techniques In this pathway, you will discover the benefits of applying a wide variety of problem solving techniques in the workplace. You will learn how to deal with problems, how to apply problem solving techniques and how to apply corrective actions in order to prevent problems reoccurring.
