You will work in a purpose built bay with a window and tile around obstacles on both walls and floors. The course modules will include:
1. Preparation of walls and floors
2. Demonstrate and explain the difference between adhesives and grouts
3. Tile onto walls and floors
4 Tile around obstacles
5. Incorporate borders and diamond patterns into work
6. Fixing of tile trim
7. Use hand and electric tile cutters
8. Learn how to set out professionally
All of the above modules are covered on our 5 and 10 day courses.
Shropshire Building Skills will give you the confidence to tackle any project with complete confidence.Training starts at 8.45am until approximately 4.30pm. All tools and materials will be supplied and we have an on-site tool shop for all candidates to purchase new tools at trade prices if you wish.
