HR Workshops for Managers

In-house courses for organisations who want their line managers to know more about the People Management aspects of their roles. Workshops include Managing Absence, Dignity at Work ( Bullying and Harassment), Conduct at Work (Discipline and Grievance) and Recruitment and Selection.

Delivered by CIPD qualified trainers, the workshops are designed using the organisation's own policies and procedures and include group work and interactive training techniques to engage and motivate delegates.
