Creative and Strategic Thinking
Sponsored links
This one-day course is designed to offer thinking techniques that support the team in achieving a deeper understanding of their work problems and developing better-informed and creative plans and decisions. The course introduces a range of thinking tools and some classic strategic analysis tools.
Most people avoid creative thinking because they or others submit it too quickly to logical/constructive thinking to assess its validity. By doing this we often miss the germ of a good idea, or the whole picture, because we don’t give it time to develop. However, creative thinking combined with strategic and logical thinking has formidable power in the workplace.
