Many groups need to problem-solve, debate an issue, review a situation, or clear the air together, but lack direction or sufficient impartiality to manage the discussion. At these moments they may need a facilitator.

The good facilitator enables a group not dominates it, allowing them to feel they have achieved something together. He or she earns the confidence of the participants, who will trust him or her to lead them appropriately to a beneficial outcome for all. This workshop covers the role and skills of the organisational or group facilitator.
