In addition to offering you the one-to-one personal experience of coaching, Harmony also offers you the opportunity to develop your coaching skills in the Coaching Skills Workshop. During this interactive and participative workshop we enable you and your team members to develop the ability to coach another person and to increase significantly their likelihood of achieving success.
Upon completion of this short programme you will receive the assessed higher level ‘Endorsed Award’ from the Institute of Leadership and Management evidencing your success and competence in using your Coaching Skills.
