The 1 day Attachment Core module must be held before attending any other modules. All attachment modules other than those listed separately below are half a day in duration and include:

who are responsible for operating On Track Plant (OTP) on Network Rail managed infrastructure. They are designed to develop a delegate’s knowledge, understanding and skills. These modules are particularly suited to persons required to prove their competence in operating OTP.

Attendance Requirements

Delegates must be 18 years or over, have sponsorship by a Link-up approved organisation with a NCCA Site I.D, a valid PTS Certificate, a valid medical as per NR/SP/CTM/021) and meet the competence specific medical fitness requirements of NR/L2/OHS/00124.

Additional Information

Delegates successfully completing the course will receive a ’Sentinel’ card with the relevant category on it, e.g. RRV Operator or RMMM Operator, and they will also receive a counterpart with details of the specific machine types and attachments.
The duration of each module is different and they are all produced by Network Rail to ensure that a range of techniques are used to create an engaging and interesting learning environment. The maximum number of delegates that can attend each module is also different and depends on the type of equipment being used.
