Accident Investigation
This 1 day course fulfills the legal requirement that managers, supervisors and anyone else who may be required to investigate company incidents and accidents in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work act 1974, Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 & Reporting of Injuries, Diseases, & Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995 (RIDDOR).
Delegates will learn: specific legal responsibilities regarding accident investigation, principles & benefits of accident/incident prevention, accident causation/human factors, accident/incident reporting procedure & techniques based o HSG31 and practical/case study exercises.
