The following sessions are given by a combination of projections, videos, discussions and group exercises: Food Poisoning, Bacteriology, Contamination, Temperature Control, Personal Hygiene, Design and Construction, Cleaning & Disinfection, Pest Control, The Law. Hours 9-5 (inhouse or open courses. At the end of the day there is a short examination of 30 questions (picking one correct answer from the 4 answers given. Orals exams can be taken by arrangement.
