Foot Reflex - Massage Therapy combines the stimulation of specific Reflex points and Massage strokes to provide a therapeutic and holistic treatment of the feet and lower legs. The reflex points are directly linked to areas, glands and organs in the body. When we are challenged or stressed, the channels become blocked or sluggish can cause illness or a build up of Lactic Acid and Calicum deposits. These blockages are cleared and energies restored as key reflexes are stimulated, rebalancing Chi. It is performed with the client supine on the treatment couch and is an extremely relaxing therapy. This is a fun, professional and ‘hands on’ one day course for Massage and Holistic/ Beauty Therapists as well as those with no previous qualifications.
