What is recruit assessment?
Recruit assessments have been being used in America for a
long time and have proved a valuable technique to recruiting
new staff. It does not replace the application, short-listing and

evaluate each applicant’s potential. Britain is slowly catching

when you have interviewed them?
Have you employed people only to find that their attitude or
aptitude is not suited to the work they have applied for?
Recruit assessment is a process of observing applicants doing
a variety of tasks that gives an insight into their potential
working practices. This can include written assessment,
competency based interview, practical assessment and
situation scenario assessment.
The results of the observations are collated in the form of a
report which will give you, the Company, a valid prediction of
what to expect from an applicant before you interview them.
An applicant will be monitored on not only what they do, but
the way they do it.
Each Company is obviously different and therefore their needs
and the roles of the employees are different. We will work with
you to create the best type of recruit assessment process and
will provide the materials to do it.
Assessment processes can also be used to ascertain training
